Ingredients

(1 packet) : Chap
(2) : Onions
(1) : Capsicum
(1/2 tsp) : Ginger Paste
(1/2 tsp) : Garlic Paste
(2) : Tomatoes
(1/4tsp) : Haldi
(To taste) : Salt
(2) : Green cardamoms
(9-10) : Almonds
(2 tbsp) : Fresh Cream
(2 tbsp) : Olive Oil
(1 tsp) : Red Chilly Powder
(1/2tsp) : Saunf powder

Soak the almonds for a few hours and then peel off the skin.

Now take a chap boil it for 5 min. Add dry it. Add salt and lal mirch powder matinate it for 10 min. Now shallow fry till golden.

TAke a pan, add 1 tbsp of oil
cardamom and cloves. Allow it to sizzle and infuse the oil.

Now add garlic and scatter the onion. Sprinkle salt, lal mirch powder,turmeric .saute till soft.

Now cool it down add it in a jar add tomato and almondsgrind a smooth gravy.

Transfer the paste back to the same pan and give it a stir. Add cumin powder, coriander powder and chili powder. Cook for a few minutes until the raw smell of tomato is gone.add cream.

Now take a pan add oil,diced onion diced capsivum saute for 2 min. Add it in gravy with chap. Decorate it with almonds. Enjoy.
