(1 cup) : Bajra atta
(1/2cup) : Powdered Sugar
(2 tbsp) : Pure Ghee
(2 tbsp) : Lukewarm water
(1 tsp) : Roasted til

Take a bowl add bajra.. 1 tbsp ghee..mix it well.. with the help of lukewarm water make a dough..

Now heat the pan.. take a dough make chapati with palm and put it on tawa.. crisp from both sides..

Now churn it in blender or you can powder it with your hands too..

Now take a pan add ghee.. and chopped dryfruit roast for 3 min. And keep asside.. in the same pan add powdered bajra mixture.. bhuno for 5-10min on simmer gas.

When color changes add dryfruits.. and powdered sugar.. bajra choorma ready..

NOTE..YOU CAN USE JAGGERY(GUD) INSTEAD OF SUGAR..
