(1/2 bowl) : Condensed Milk
(1/4 bowl) : Dairy Thickner
(1/2 tsp) : Pure Ghee
() : For garnishing - few strands of saffron
(1 tbsp crushed) : Almonds

Heat clarified butter in a pan.

Add grated cabbage and fry till moisture absorb it.

Add mawa/whole dried milk and cardamom powder and mix well.

Once boiled keep it in a low flame
