Ingredients

(200 Grams) : Paneer Cut n cubes and Blanched.
(10 Nos) : CASHEW NUT
(7 - 8 Nos) : Almond
(2 Tbspn) : Magajtari
(7 - 8 Nos.) : Garlic
(1 Inch) : Ginger
(3 Nos) : Red Onion Medium
(3 Tbspn) : Pure Ghee
(1/2 Inches) : Cinnamon Stick
(2 Nos) : Black Cardemom
(4 -5 Nos) : Long
(2 tspn) : Turmeric Powder
(2 Tspn) : Red Chilly Powder
(To Taste) : Salt
(1 Cup) : Curd Beaten well
(1 tspn) : Kitchen King Masala
(1 Tspn) : Garam Masala
(1 small) : Bay Leaf
(1 Tbspn) : Tomato Purée
(1) : Cheese Cubes Cut it in small cubes

Shahi Paneer with lots of added cheese and full of richness of det fruits.

Steps

Heat Half of the pot of water til boil.

Add Chopped Onion, CASHEW Nuts, Almond, garlic and ginger and boil it for 5 minutes.
Drain the water and keep it aside. Don't throw the water for now.

Grind altogather to make a smooth paste.

In a pan, heat Ghee. Add whole spices: bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon stick, long, Chopped green chillies and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add that smooth paste n cook it for 5 minutes. Add dry spices and mix well.

Add beaten curd and mix well. Add tomato Purée to it and mix it.
Cook it for 5 minutes by adding the Onion stock we have preserved.
Gravy is ready.

Add Blanched paneer cubes and mix it well. Close the lead and let it rest for a while .

Add cheese cubes and mix it well.

Serve it hot with choice of bread or any rice preparation...
