Ingredients

(100 gms) : Fresh Coconut
(3 Tbspn) : Daalia Fried Grams
(2 Nos) : Green Chillies
(2 Nos) : Cloves of garlic or ginger
(1/2 Cup) : Coriander Leaves Chopped
(1 Inch) : Tamarind
(1/4 tspn) : Cumin Seeds
(to taste) : Salt
(For Grinding) : Water
(1 Tspn) : Oil
(7 Nos) : Curry Leaves
(1 Tspn) : Mustard Seeds

Coconut Chutney

CoconutChutney comes from south Indian Cuisine. It is made with the richness of coconut and coriander leaves and some chilles and ginger garlic.

In a mixture jar add all the ingredients and water as required to grind.

Grind well.

Take Chutney in a bowl.

Heat a pan, add oil. After heating oil add mustered seeds, let them crackle.
Add Curry leaves. Turn of the flame.

Tamper on Chutney.

Chutney is Ready to Serve!!!
