Ingredients

(1 Cup) : Sweet corn Par Boiled
(2 Medium) : Potatoes Boiled and meshed.
(2 TBSPN) : Bread crumbs
(2 TBSPN) : Gram Flour
(2TBSPN) : Corn Flour
(2 Tspn) : Chaat Masala
(2 Tspn) : Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
(To Taste) : Salt
(1 Medium) : Onions Finely Chopped
(2 TBSPN) : Capsicum Finely Chopped
(2 Nos.) : Green Chillies Finely Chopped
(To FRY) : Oil

Take boiled corns in mixture bowl and crush them in coarse.

In a Mixing bowl, take crushed corns. Add boiled and meshed potato, finely chopped onion and capsicum and green chillies.
Season it with Salt, chaat masala, red chilly powder and mix it well.
Add corn flour, gram flour and bread crumbs to it and mix it well.

Make Kebabs shapes from this mixture and deep fry them till golden brown.

Serve it hot with choice of dip or simple tomato ketchup
