(2 tbsp) : Chana dal
(2 tbsp) : Rice
(2 tbsp) : Arhar dal
(1/2 tsp) : Ginger Paste
(1/2 tsp) : Garlic Paste
(A pinch) : Asafoetida
(1/2 tsp) : Sabut zeera
(To taste) : Salt
(1 cup) : Chopped onion
(1 cup) : Chopped Capsicum
(100 gms) : Paneer
(1/2 cup) : Sweet corn kernels
(2 tsp) : Chat masala
(2 tbsp) : Oil

Take dal and rice soak it for 4 hr. Then grind it like a smooth dosa batter.

Now take a bowl add batter,hing,zeera,salt mix it well.

Heat the tawa add batter spread jn roundle shape add onion,capsicum,paneer,kernels,dhnia leaves and chat masala.

Sprinkle iil vook it from both sides. Now add chilly garlic sauce(optional) and roll it off. Cut into small pieces. Enjoy.
