First soak all the dals together for 5 hrs. Den blend it with soaked poha. Add water make a batter..keep a side

Now for topping
Take a wok add oil..onion saute for 3 min. Add all the veggies and saute till soft.. add all the masalas vinegar and paneer.. mix it well..

Now take pan make small pancakes
