Ingredients

(100 gram) : All Purpose Flour
(50 gram) : Butter
(1 tsp) : Salt
(2 tbsp) : Sugar
(To make the dough) : Chilled water
(200 gram) : Dark chocolate compound
(100 gram) : Whipped Cream
(250 gram) : Coconut milk cream
(3 tbsp) : Icing sugar
(1 tsp) : Vanilla essence
(2) : tart mould
(Sliced 1) : Apple
(Sliced 1) : Pear

Kids just love chocolates. But unfortunately they do not like fruits that much. To make them have some fruits with the help of chocolates is really a good idea. So made this fruit tart. This is chocolaty, This is yummy and fruity. Have made the mousse using coconut milk cream and used lots of fruits to maintain the nutritional level high.

Kids just love chocolates. But unfortunately they do not like fruits that much. To make them have some fruits with the help of chocolates is really a good idea. So made this fruit tart. This is chocolaty, This is yummy and fruity. Have made the mousse using coconut milk cream and used lots of fruits to maintain the nutritional level high.

Add all purpose flour and butter to make a crumby texture.

Now add sugar, salt and water to make a soft tart dough. Rest it in freeze for 1 hour.

After 1 hour take it out and roll it 1/8" thick. Place it properly on tart mold, prick it with fork and fill with some kidney beans.

Pre heat oven at 180C for 10 minutes. Bake the tarts 25 minutes at 180C. Cool them on a wire rack.

For the mousse heat whipped cream and pour over chopped dark chocolate. Wait for 2 minutes and mix with a rubber spatula.

This is the ganache. Keep in freeze for 10 minutes before use.

In the mean time, beat the coconut milk cream with electric beater until soft peaks form. Now add icing sugar and vanilla essence and beat until stiff peaks form.

Take out the ganache from freeze and beat with beater. Now add this ganache with the coconut cream and beat with the beater until properly mixed. Mousse is ready.

Fill a piping bag with star nozzle with the mousse and pipe in the tart shell. Decorate with different seasonal fruits of your choice.
