Steps

1
Done

Make a smooth paste of 1 hand full of mint leaves, 1 green chilli, a pod of garlic and 2-3 tablespoon of coriander leaves. Add 1/3 teaspoon of salt and mint chutney is ready.

2
Done

Heat a pan with 2-3 tablespoon of oil.
Sauté the cauliflower in it with turmeric powder and salt in medium flame till it's tender soft. Cover and cook stirring occasionally.

3
Done

Add red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder and Kitchen King masala

4
Done

Sauté them in low heat. Sprinkle little water so that the masalas are don't get burn and are cooked evenly. Off the flame and keep aside

5
Done

For the base, take a bowl and mix the dough ingredients together. Make a soft dough and rest it for 10 minutes

6
Done

After the rest period, take a small lemon size portion of the dough and roll it flat like a size of a Poori.

7
Done

With a fork, make small holes in the rolled poori so that it doesn't pop up while frying in oil.

8
Done

Continue the same process with the rest of the dough.

9
Done

Heat a tawa and heat both sides of the poori in it for a minute. Keep aside. Continue the same process with the rest of the rolled pooris

10
Done

Don't forget to fork the rolled pooris.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the heated Pooris in low heat. After taking out from the oil, place them in tissue paper stand or any way so that the pooris shape like tacos. It will be little soft and crispy too as it cools down.

11
Done

Place them in a serving plate and fill them with 2 tablespoon of cooked cauliflowers.

12
Done

Add the sliced capsicum, tomato, onions over the cauliflower.

13
Done

Add a tablespoon of ketchup and mayonnaise over it.

14
Done

Sprinkle some chat masala, 1/2 tablespoon of mint chutney in each, and garnish with coriander leaves.

15
Done

Desi Version of Tacos are ready to serve. It's really yummy and a stomach filling one. Enjoy the visual for now.
