(1 cup) : Whole Wheat Flour
() : 1 cup milk
(2 tsp) : Dry Yeast
(2 tsp) : Sugar
() : 1 tsp salt
() : 2 tbsp oil
(1 cup) : Eggless Mayonnaise
() : 1/4 ts haldi
(1) : Diced onion
(1/2 cup) : Paneer Cubes
(1/2 cup) : Mozzarella Cheese
(2 tsp) : Pizza seasoning
(1 cup) : Oats

Healthy version of zingy with wheat flour.

Take a bowl add water,yeast,sugar,salt and rest it for 15 min(covered).

Take a bowl add wheat flour ,oats powder and fermented yeast water,oil,milk mix it well and rest it for 3-4 hr(till double in size).

Now for stuffing take a bowl add mayonnaise(prefer garlic one),haldi,salt,paneer,onion mix it well.

Now take the dough and knead it again . Now divide into 6 parts.

Roll it with the rolling pin and cover the 3 sides as shown in pic

Add the mozerlle cheese in the center and cover ut with paneer stuffing

Coverbit from all the sides.

Sprinkle pizza seasoning on the top.

Now pre heat the airfrier or oven at 180 degree for 5 min. Now add zingy in ut bake it for 15-20 min. Seeve hot
