(1 cup) : Whole Wheat Flour
(1/2 cup) : Oats powder
(1 tea spoon) : Baking Powder
(1/2 tea spoon) : Baking Soda
(1 washed and chopped) : Apple
(1/2 cup) : Milk
(1/2 cup) : Refined oil
(3 table spoon) : Honey
(1 tea spoon) : Vinegar
(1/4 cup washed) : Raisins
(1 1/2 table spoon) : Coco powder
(3 tea spoon) : Flax seeds
(Handful for sprinkling on top) : Chocolate chips
(1 tea spoon) : Vanilla essence

Now a days all kids love cakes. But it is not recommended to buy cakes from markets all the time with lots of refined flour and preservatives.  So made these cupcakes. These are one stop solution for kids sweet cravings. These power packed cupcakes are loaded with nutritions and can be served as breakfast, evening snacks, in kids lunchbox etc. Instead of refined flour, I have used whole wheat flour and oats flour. These are loaded with apples and raisins both are huge source of irons and minerals. Very less sugar is used because here I have used honey for the sweetness. So not only kids but everyone can dig into these guilt free cupcakes endlessly.

Take chopped apples, milk, oil, sugar, honey in a blender and blend until smooth.

The paste should look like this. Add vinegar in it and keep aside for 5 minutes.

Sieve whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, coco powder, oats flour 2 times.

Now mix these dry ingredients with apple mixture. Add vanilla.

Add the raisins and again mix. Do not over mix.

Fill the cupcake liners with batter and top with chocochips and flex seeds.

Preheat oven to 180 C for 10 minutes.

Bake these cupcakes for 25 to 30 minutes or a toothpick comes out clean.
