(To Shallow Fry Roasties) : Oil

FARALI POTATO ROASTY

A FARALI (Falahari) dish prepared by a boring potatoes and minimal ingrediients

Usually, Potato Roasty has all the spices, garlic, onion and other veggies.

To consume this during fasting, we have made it “FARALI” by avoiding these and preparing that with minimal ingredients.

Done

Grate 4 Par boiled potatoes in a mixing bowl.

Season it with all the spices except cumin seed (Jeera).

On a flat pan, Heat 1 Tbspn of Oil.
Add some cumin seeds (JEERA) and saute for a sec.

Spread the grated potatoes mixture on that evenly.

Done

Cook the roasty till golden brown both the sides.

FARALI POTATO ROASTY is ready to be served.
