Fruit Galette

Beautiful and yummy fruity galette a French dish.this is a tart without tart mould crispy from outside and sweet and tangy from inside.generally galette made with buckwheat flour with a savoury filling but I made it with fruits and in this way I can made my kids to have fruits.i also love fusion very much.

Take flour and butter in a bowl and rub butter in flour.add sugar and make flour crumbly.preheat ovan.take required water and make dough and keep it covered.chop fruits.take parchment paper roll down dough in round.take fruits and add them in center sprinkle sugar upon fruits.leave 1.5 inch from center in round.now lift up all sides and give shape of bowl.give milk wash to it sprinkle sesame seeds and bake it for 25 min at 180 degree.when baked let it cool .Sprinkle sugar and serve
