Ingredients

(3 Cups) : Carrot Grated
(500 ML) : Full Creme Milk Half Litters (Used one packet of AMUL FULL CREAM MILK)
(1/2 Tspn) : Cardamom Powdered
(1/4 Cup) : Pure Ghee Melted
(12 - 15 Nos.) : CASHEW NUT Grated or Finely Chopped
(1/4 Cup) : Sugar Adjust sweetness as per taste

Steps

Done

Heat Ghee in a pan.
Add grated Carrot into it and mix it well.
Cook till it is soften.

Add Luke warm Milk to it and keep stiring continuously keeping flame on the lowest.

Cook till it thickens properly.

At this stage add Sugar and pinch of Cardamom powder and mix it evenly.

Keep stiring it continuously.

Cook it until it leaves the edges of the pan.

Done

Transfer it in a serving bowl.

Garnish it with grated / finely chopped Cashew nuts.

Serve it HOT
