(10-12 leaves) : Spinach
(1 cup Boiled) : Green Peas
(4 medium) : Boiled and mashed potato
(2-3 finely chopped) : Green Chillies
(grated 1 Tbsp) : Ginger
(To taste) : Salt
(1 tsp) : Chat masala
(2 tbsp) : Corn Flour
(For Deep Frying) : Oil
(For Binding (If needed)) : Bread crumbs

Blanch Spinach leaves i. e. Just take the washed spinach leaves in a steel vessel and blanch it without water for five minutes. Spinach leaves should be blanched without water so that its color and nutrition remains as it is. Make Puree of the same with Hand Mixer.

Take a bowl and add Spinach Puree, Boiled Green Peas, Boiled and mashed Potatoes, Green Chilies, Ginger, Coriander, Salt and Chat Masala into it.
