Take besan and suji in a bowl.and add all ingredients.add spices and mix all of them.add water and make a thick battar.heat pan and add oil add jeera rai and hing.add battar and cook.stir continuously.when it ready it will leave pan.grease a tray and transfer battar in tray and spread it evenly .preheat ovan.
Let battar set for some time and cut in squares.brush them with oil and bake at 180 degree for 15 to 20 min till golden
