For dough
Take a bowl add wheat flour,oats,oil,salt mix it well add water and make a dough rest it for 10 min.

For tikki
Take a bowl add rajma,potato,onion,greenchilly,garlic paste,green chilly paste,salt,lal mirch powderdhnia leaves m8x it well.. make small tikkies and cook it in appam (ypu can shallow fry it too).

Take a dough roll it with the help of rolling pin,spread oil and make lacha parntha. Top up with chilly flakes,pizza seasoning,oregeno

Heat the tawa cook it kacha paka. Now spread chipotle sauce n mayonnaice put tikki inside with onion roundles cover it.

Now spread oil and cook till crisp. Serve with makhani sauce.
