Ingredients

(4) : Readymade idli
(1 tbsp) : Olive Oil
(1/2 tsp) : Sarson
(2 tsp) : Raw peanuts
(1 cup) : Onions
(1 cup) : Carrot
(2 tbsp) : French Beans
(2 tbsp) : Sweet corn kernels
(1/2 cup) : Capsicum
(50 gms) : Paneer
( To taste) : Salt
(1 tsp) : Black Pepper
(1/2 cup) : Dhania leaves

Take idli and crush it with ur hands u can take homemade idlies too..keep aside.

Take a pan add oil,sarson,peanuts,cook for a min. Now add onion saute till transparent.

Now add all the veggies one by one and cook it for 5 min. Now add all the seasning and crushed idli.

At last add paneer and dhnia leaves on the top. Cover ut for 3-4 min. Serve..
