(3) : Tomatoes
(1 inch) : Ginger
(1/2 cup) : Malai
(1 tsp) : Haldi
(1.5 tsp) : Lal mirch powder

(1 tsp) : Roasted zeera powder
(1) : Moti elaichi
(1) : Tez patta
(2 tbsp) : Besan

Cut karela into thin slices add salt to it and rest it for 4-5 hrs.. wash it properly..

Take a bowl add besan..suji..salt..kasoori methi..mix it well like a pakoda batter.. dip karela in it fry them ad medium flame..

Take a kadayi add ghee..onion..adrak..hari mirch.. cook for 5 minutes add tomato wait till soft..

take it out in a bowl add milk and blend it for a thick gravy..

take a kadayi add ghee..tez patta..elaichi..add paste..masala cook it for 3 4 minutes..add malayi and boil only for 1 minute.. serve it with lacha parntha..
