Leftover Green Sprouts gravy whole wheat muffins

Green Sprouts (leftover gravy for roti) Whole wheat muffins are made with few ingredients such as healthy whole wheat flour, oil, milk (egg optional) baking powder, green chilli and the main ingredient green sprouts gravy. All together combined and baked for 15 to 20 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.

Sift whole wheat flour and baking powder together and keep it aside.

whisk oil in a bowl and add sifted flour and baking powder together.
Add chopped green chillies to it.

Add leftover Green Sprouts gravy to the mixture and whisk lightly.
Scrap the batter with the spatula.

Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade.
Place cup liners in a muffin tray and Spoon in the batter.

Bake the muffin for 15 to 20 minutes.
It's done. Healthy green sprouts muffins are ready to consume for breakfast or brunch.
