(200 Grams) : Rice Cooked. We used Basamati Rice
(2 Nos) : Red Onion Medium Sliced
(2 Nos) : Green Chillies Sliced
(6-7 Nos) : Curry Leaves
(2 TBSPN) : Daalia
(Pinch Of) : Asafoetida
(2 TBSPN) : Oil
(2 Tspn) : Mustard Seeds
(To Taste) : Salt
(1 Tspn) : Turmeric Powder
(2 TBSPN) : Lemon Juice

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustered seeds and let them crackle.

Add curry leaves, green chillies and gram dal (DALIA) to it and let them crackle too.

Add a pinch of hing and sliced red onion to it.

Add salt at this stage and let it cook till pink.

Add cooked rice. Switch off the flame, and mix it well.

At the last, add lemon juice and gently mix it.

Serve it hot.
