(1/2 cup) : Sugar
(1 cup) : Water
(4-5) : Kesar
(1/2 tsp) : Elaichi powder
(1 tsp) : Saunf powder
(1 cup) : Wheat Flour
(1 tsp) : Curd
(1/4 cup) : Milk
(1 tsp) : Ghee
(1 cup) : Dessicated coconut
(2 tbsp) : Liquid chocolate
(For garnish) : Dry rose petals
(For garnisj) : Pistachio

Firstly make 1 string(ek taar) chashni. Sugar ,water,elaichi powder and kesar.keep aside.

Now for malpua
Take a bowl add flour,saunf powder,elaichi powder,curd and milk mix it well.

Heat the tawa add ghee and the batter make a big round shape like chilla but little thick.cook it from both sides.

Now with the help if bottle cap cut into small roundles and dip it in warm chashni fir 2 3 min.

Now take it out from the chashni and coat ut with dessicated coconut.

Now for the sandwich add chocolate in b/w the malpuas. Garnish with rose petals and pista.
