Matar and paneer samosa are easy to make and tasty too. All age people will love it.

In a chilly cutter , crush green peas. now in a pot add crushed green peas and grated potatoes. Put this bowl in a cooker without adding water to this mixture and close the lid with whistle. After 3 whistle turn of the gas. |

Now in a mixing bowl, take all purpose flour, salt and 2 Tbspn oil. Knead the dough for samosa layer. |

in a pan, heat oil.Heat oil, add green chilly paste and garlic paste. Add boiled mixture of peas and poatatos. |

Add salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice and sugar. Stuffing is ready. |

Make a round roti from dough, make a cut in the roti and take one part. |

Heat oil in a pan, now add stuffed samosa in to oil, and fry on a slow flame. |
