Firstly soak samak rice and sabudana for 4 hr. Then drain the water and make the fine paste.add e8ce flour and sendha namk.give a tadka of zeera ,sendha namak,hara dhnia.keep aside.

Now for stuffing
Take kadai add ghee,zeera wait till splutter now add tomato and wait till soft add sendha namak,haldi,lal mirch powder mix it well. Add boiled n diced potato simmer it for 5 min. Stuffing ready.

Take pancake pan add batter.cook from both sides. Add stuffing. Enjoy.
