(1 Tsp) : Powdered Sugar
(1 Tsp) : Lemon Juice
() : 1 tsp red chilli powder
(1/4 Tsp) : Haldi
(1 Tsp) : Dry Ginger Powder
(3 Tbsp) : Pizza sauce
(2 Tbsp) : Chopped onion
(2 Tbsp) : Chopped purple cabbage
(2 Tbsp) : Yellow Bell Pepper
(2 Tbsp) : Chopped tomatoes
(2 tbsp) : Green capsicum
(1/2 Cup) : Mozzarella Cheese
(2tsp) : Chilli flakes
(1 Tsp) : Pepper powder

Multi grain colourful healthy pizza

It is very difficult to keep away our kids from fast food..Pizza burger and all.But we can handle smartly by using healthy flour and colourful veggies in making pizza .We can make it attractive and make our kids to have it.

Take all flours in a bowl add methi,ginger ,chilli,curd,salt and spices.Add oil and make dough.preheat ovan.keep dough for some time to set.then roll down it in round shape.prick it and bake for 5 min.at 180 degree.chop all vegetables .Add butter on pizza base then apply pizza sauce cover with vegetables ,grate cheese and sprinkle salt,pepper ,flakes and oregano.bake for 10 min at 180 degree.serve with sauce.
