(1/2cup chopped) : Almonds
(1 1/2tbsp) : Butter
(110gms) : Jaggery
(1/2tsp) : Vanilla Extract
(1/4cups chopped) : Dates
(1tbsp) : Sesame Seeds
(1/4cup) : Rice puffed

Grease the baking dish with butter

In a pan roast the oats and almonds until thby change and give out a toasted aroma

Preheat the oven 150c

In a saucepan put in the ghee,jaggery

Once the jaggery meilturn of the heat.

Mix in the vanilla extract,oats and all the dry fruits and stir well

Transfer the mixture into the prepared tin and level the uneven surfaces with a flat cup

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes,allow to cool down, you can lift a piece carefully and then remove the other as well.
