Pav-Bhaji – Fondue Style

Popular Indian Street Food...
PAAV BHAAJI... presenting here the same in a different way with added cheese and a fondue style...

  • Spicy
  • Tangy
  • Vegan

Paav Bhaaji – It doesn’t need any description, i guess… Does it?

But what do u think for fondue and Pav Bhaaji combination?

Usually Fondue is served with small pieces of breads and/or small food items dipped in hot sauce.

But we are doing twist in routine fondue. Bread will be toasted and Bhaji will be served as fondue sauce and with lots of cheese on top of it.

Cut the Bun (Laadi Pav) in to strips.

On a flat pan, heat butter. Roast these strips from both the sides till brown and crispy. ( You can bake this also as an alternative to prepare bread sticks).

In a fondue bowl, Blow a candle in the place which will keep the bhaji hot.
