Ingredients

(1 cup) : Poha
(2 tbsp) : Olive Oil
(1/2 tsp) : Sarson
(4-5) : Curry Leaves
(1) : Onions
(1/2 cup) : Carrot
(2 tbsp) : French Beans
(1) : Tomatoes
(1 tsp) : Haldi
(1/2 tsp) : Lal mirch powder
(To taste) : Salt
(2 tsp) : Paneer Cubes
(1 tsp) : Lemon Juice

Bye bye to boring simple poha/chidva.try the bew avtar of poha..

Take a strainer add poha wash it and keep aside.

Fir tadka take a kadai add oil,sarson,kadi patta saute for a min. Now add onion saute till soft.

Now add all the veggies(you can add your fav veggies) saute till soft at last add seasoning and paneer. Keep aside.

Take a kadai add oil,sarson,haldi,salt and soaked puffed poha/chidve. Saute for 2 min.

Now arrange the poha biryani. Take a glass add veggies,then poha payer,again veggie at last poha drizzle lemon juice.. enjoy.
