(6) : Green chilly
(1/4tsp) : Oil
(1 sachet) : ENO
(1 /2 cup) : Beetroot juice

Add besan..curd..red chilly powder..haldi..and salg in a bowl

Add a pinch of sugar..beetroot juice..and make a thick batter..

Add ENO stir quickly and pour in the microwave safe mould.. and micro it at high for 2 min

In a meantime.. take apan add oil..sarson..remaining sugar and water and green chilly boil it for 4 min.

When the dhokla is done..temper the dhokla with water mixture.. serve..
