Ingredients

(1 cup) : Arhar dal
() : 1 tbsp oil
(1/2 tsp) : Sarson
() : 7 curry leaves
(2) : Onion slices
(1/2 cup) : Kaddu
() : 3 tbsp carrot
(2) : Drum Sticks
(8) : French Beans
(2 tbsp) : Imly paste
(1 tsp) : Deggi mirch
() : 1 tsp haldi
(3 tsp) : Sambar powder
() : Salt as per taste
(1 cup) : Rice
(4 cup) : Water
(1 tsp) : Sabut zeera
(2) : Sabut lal mirch
(1tbsp) : Ghee

For sambar

Take a cooker add oil,sarson,sabut lal mirch and onion saute for 2 min add veggies of ur choice one by one now add deggi mirch n haldi cook for 5 min.

Now add tomato ,soaked dal add all the masalas and water. Whistle it for 10 min.

Now add imli water in it. Simmer for 10 min. Sambar ready

For rice
Take a kadai add ghee,zeera now add salt and water bring it too boil add soaked rice and cover it .simmer for 15 min.rice ready.
Serve hot.
