Ingredients

(2.5 cup) : All purpose flour (Maida)
(1.5 tsp) : Dry Yeast
(1 tsp) : Sugar
() : 1 tbsp oil
(1 cup) : Warm milk
(As needed) : Lukewarm water
() : 1 tbsp oil
(1 tsp) : Ginger
(1 tsp) : Garlic Chopped
(1) : Chopped onion
(1) : Carrot
() : 2 tbsp beans
(1 cup) : Bell peppers
() : 2 tbsp boiled peas
() : 2 tspn tomato ketchup
(1 tbsp) : Soya sauce
() : 1 tsp salt
() : Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
() : 1/4 cup spring onion greens

To make a dough
Take yeast in a bowl add milk and sugar to it make a paste set aside for 5mnts and so.

Take all purpose flour in a bowl add little salt +oil mix it properly and make a well in center, now add the paste of yeast and mix it and pour some milk add little water, knead it, add little oil to knead in to a soft dough it should be non sticky, if it's sticky add some more flour during kneading.

Cover the bowl with cling film and let it rise
While the dough is rising let's do the filling

For stuffing
Put oil in a pan add in all veggies including the onion, give a quick toss in the oil,chopped ginger garlic saute till veggies are cooked,add frozen peas saute them as well.

Cook till everything is cooked properly, add in little salt,sugar,chilli powder saute them up,little ketchup ,soya sauce mix well ,chopped spring onion and parsley toss well

You can see in an hr the dough will be well rise
Punch down the air
Take a half of dough in a work surface and roll it into a long rectangle, cut it sideways, stuffed the veggies and braide it.

Preheat the oven at 200degree, put parchment paper in the tray and keep ur braided stuffed veg bread for around 15mnts .serve with ketchup.
