Ingredients

(1/2 Cup) : Lukewarm water
(1 Tsp) : Sugar
(1/2 Tsp) : Dry Yeast
(1 Cup) : Maida
(1 Tsp) : Oregano
(1 Tsp) : Chilli flakes
(1 Tsp) : Garlic Powder
(To Taste) : Salt
(1/2 Tsp) : Olive Oil
(2 Tbsp) : Butter
(1 Tbsp) : Garlic Paste
(1 Tbsp) : Mixed Herbs
(As per Choice) : Mozzarella Cheese
(2 Tbsp Boiled) : Corn
(1 -2 Tbsp Chopped) : Green Bell pepper

Take water in a bowl. Add sugar in water. Boil the water till it becomes lukewarm

Add dry yeast in lukewarm water and keep it a side for 10 - 15 mins till the dry yeast activates

Take cup of Maida in a bowl. Add oregano, chill fakes and salt in it. Mix it well. Add yeast mixture into it and make a dough. Put some olive oil on dough. Cover it and keep it aside for 1 hr atleast in warm place. The dough will get three times bigger.

As the resting period gets over, take the dough outside and roll/ spread it with hands like a thin sheet(chapati). It must be almost 1/4 inches thick.

Make a butter and mixed herbs paste and spread it on the sheet. Put some cheese, Corn, Capsicum and Sea Salt on the half side.

Cover the other side on the filled side. Stick it with little water and maida slury.

Take a tray and grease it with little oil and Maida. Put the Bread in it. And bake it at 225 Degree Celsius for about 15 -20 Mins.
