Cooking RiceIn a bowl wash the rice and soak for minimum half hour. |

Cooking RiceIn a deep pan boil the water and add soaked rice, salt and 2 Tbspn oil. Cook rice for sometime and than drain the excess water and pour cold water on the rice. Now rice is ready. |

In another pan heat oil. Add Bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon stick. Sauté them. Now add green chilly paste, garlic paste and sauté for a while. Add potatoes and sauté till they become soft. Add onions into it. And sauté till they get pink. Add Capsicum and sauté for a while. Now add green peas. Sauté them. |

Add garam Masala, salt, turmeric powder into it. Mix well. |

Add cooked rice to it. Mix well but gently. |
