Ingredients

(1 Cup) : Mint Leaves Freshly plunked and roughly torn by Hands
(2 Nos) : Lemon Medium - Cut into thin Lemon wedges.
(2 TBSPN) : Honey
(2 TBSPN) : Powdered Sugar
(2 Cups) : Ice Cubes 20 Cubes
(450 ML) : Soda Water you can use any Carborated water
(2 Tspn) : Black Salt

Originally VIRGIN MOJITO is a cuisine from Ernest Hemingway and CUBA.

It can also be available in different variants using “RUM” instead of Soda water.

Masion Jar is new trend for serving coolers and some fusion Drinks / mousses now a days.

 

USED MASION JAR for this HOME MADE “VIRGIN MOJITO”

In a Masion Jar take 2 lemon Wedges and Almost half cup of freshly plucked Mint leaves.

Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice.

Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not Strain the Mixture.

Fill the jar almost till the top with Ice Cubes.

Pour the SODA Water over the ice slowly. You can use any other flavored carbonated water too to replace Soda water.

Stir well with the stirrer and garnish with remaining Mint Leaves.

Close the lid on the Jar.

It's ready to be served chilled.
