Ingredients

(2 cups Boiled) : Rice Preferably Basmati Rice
(1 1/2 cup Finely Chopped) : Spring Onion
(1 cup Finely Chopped) : Carrot
(1/2 cup Finely Chopped) : French Beans
(8-10) : CASHEW NUT
(2 tbsp) : Ghee
(4-5 Medium size) : Tomatoes
(2-3) : Cloves of garlic
(1 small) : Onions
(1/2 tsp (Powder form)) : Black Pepper
(to taste) : Salt
(to taste (Powder form)) : Basil
(1 tbsp) : Fresh Cream
(As needed) : Water

White Pulao with Tomato Soup

A very healthy, simple and quick recipe !!!

To make White Pulao:

First to boil rice in proper amount of water with some salt into it. Chop all the veggies simultaneously..i.e. Spring Onions,
Carrot and French Beans.
Strain the boiled rice.

Now take a pan and heat the ghee. To that fry the cashews until they are golden brown in color.

To that add Spring onion Whites, Carrots, French Beans and salt and saute it till everything becomes soft.

Add boiled rice and salt into it. Lastly add Spring Onion Greens to it and mix it well.

[One can also use soya sauce and chilli sauce to add flavour to it.]

To make Tomato Soup:

Take a tsp of oil and heat in a pressure cooker.

To that sute onion and garlic cloves with some Black Pepper powder. Do not make it very soft.

Add chopped tomatoes, salt and water to it. And whistle it for 3 to 4 times.

When the pressure cooker cools down, mix it all with hand mixer grinder.

Strain the soup in a vessel.

Add Basil powder and fresh cream to it. Boil the soup for about 2 mins.

And the Tomato Soup is ready!!
