Ingredients

(2 Nos.) : Potatoes Medium and boiled
(1 Cup) : Green Peas Boiled
(100gms) : Cottage Cheese Gratted
(To Taste) : Salt
(1 Tspn) : Black Pepper Crushed
(1 Tbspn) : Coriander Leaves Chopped
(1 Tspn) : Lemon Juice
(1 Tbspn) : Green Chilly Paste
(1 Cup) : Bread crumbs Fresh
(3 Tbspn) : Corn Flour
(As required) : Water To Make Slurry
(To Shallow Fry) : Oil

As per the name, Cottage Cheese And Peas Tikkis are made with richness of cottage cheese and sweetness of peas by shallow frying it .

In a mixing bowl, add potatoes, green peas and Cottage cheese. Mix them well.

Add salt, pepper powder, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Mix well.
If the consistency of the mixture is not like a dough than add some bread crumbs to it.
now the consistency should be like a soft dough so that we can make tikkies from it.

Make round shaped tikkies from mixture.

In another mixing bowl, take corn flour and add water to it and make slurry.

Dip the tikkies in the slurry and than Coat with the bread crumbs. Now again dip the tikkies in slurry and than coat it with bread crumbs. Double coating is required to make the layer crunchy.

Repeat this with all the tikkies.

Now in a pan heat oil, on a slow or medium flame put all the tikkies in oil and shallow fry them with both the sides until they turn brown.

Tikkies are ready to serve !!

I served with red and green mayo...
