Take a ghia cut into long strips with the piller.

Dip lachche in the water for some time drain the water and spread on kitchen towel paper.

In a kadahi make thick very sugar syrup(sugar,water,kewra essencw,kesar,elaichipowder) add lauki ke lachche to it cook till syrup get dried.

Spread in a plate to cool sprinkle little powder sugar or bura over lachche.
