Puri for Pani Puri | Gol Gappa | Puchka

Puchka|Panipuri |Golgappa... name it anything... but this is the most fav street food among all the ages...
Presenting here the easiest way to prepare crispy puris for the same.

In a mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients well.
Kneed the dough by adding water gradually.
Dough should be hard.
Cover it with the wet dry clothe for almost 20 minutes


After 20 minutes, Mix the dough again by stretching it for 5 minutes.
It should not break while stretching. keep doing it till it becomes smooth.

Roll 3 - 4 big rounds from the dough.
Use cookie cutter to cut puris out of this.
Keep this cut puris on the same wet clothes till all are rolled/cut.


Hit Oil in a frying pan on high flame. Oil should be hot while frying.
Deep fry all puris on a high flame quickly yet till golden brown from both the sides.

(TIP: while frying, let the wet side of the puri go first into the oil to get the perfect result).

Once cooled down, store it in a fit/airtight container. This can be used till at least a week's time.
