(1 tsp) : Ginger Paste
(1 tsp) : Garlic Paste
(1 tetra pack) : Tomato Purée
(1 tbsp) : Pure Ghee
(2) : Chopped onion
() : Salt
(1/2 tsp) : Black Pepper
(1 tsp) : Coriander Powder
(1 tsp) : Meat masala
(1/2 tsp) : Kitchen King Masala
(1/2tsp) : Deggi mirch
(1 tbsp) : Malai
() : 2 tspn tomato ketchup
(1 tsp) : Soya sauce
(4) : Roomali roti

Take a pan add 1 tea bag,nutri and water boil it for 5 min and drain the excess water keep aside.

Take a kadai add ghee,khade garam masala(tez patta,dalchinni) add onion saute till brown.

Add ginger and garlic paste cook for another 3 min and add tomato puree.

Cook till ghee gets seperate.now add all the masalas and again cook it for 5 min.

Now add nutri and malai simmer for 6 min. Nutri ready to serve with roomali roti
