Paan rasgulla
🧺 Ingredients
- 1 ltr Full Creme Milk
- Lemon juice1 tsp
- 2 Mitha pan
- Sugar1 cup
- Water2 cup
👨🍳 Method — step by step

Take a pan add milk boil it now add lemon juice. Wait till cruddle. Wash it with the water.

Now mash it properly with the help of your palm till soft and smooth texture.

Now make small balls and boil them jn sugar syrup(take a pan add sugar and water boil till sugar dissolves)
Cover ig for 10 min.

Now take a paan(without supari n chuna) grind it now add it in a sugar syrup and rasgulla add green drops if necessary.

Now cover it for 1 hr. Then serve. In every bite you will have the pan flav. Just yummm.. try it.
