Healthy Atta Cake
🧺 Ingredients
- 1 Bowl Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Bowl Jaggery
- 1 Bowl Curd
- 1/2 Glass Milk
- Baking Soda1 1/2 Tsp
- Baking Powder1/2 Tsp
- As per choice (Chopped) Mixed Dry fruits
👨🍳 Method — step by step

Take whole wheat flour (Atta) in a bowl. To that add melted jaggery, curd, milk, baking soda and baking powder, mixed dry fruits to it.

Make a smooth , no lumps better.

Grease baking cake mold with little oil and wheat flour.

Pour all the better into it. Garnish it with some tuti fruti.

Keep it in the pre-heated oven for about 225 - 250 degree Celsius for about 5 - 7 minutes.

After 5-7 minutes take out the cake out of oven and give it a rest for atleast half an hour and then unmold it.

Check it out with knife; if it comes out clean; its perfectly cooked.

Cut it into pieces and just serve it. Delicious healthy Atta cake is ready to eat!!!
