Traditional Gujiya
Traditional Gujiya - A Popular street sweet and a special delicacy during the festival of HOLI !!!
🧺 Ingredients
- Maida1 CUP
- Pure Ghee1/4 Cup
- To kneed the dough Water (Keep it LOOK Warm)
- Grated Coconut1 Cup
- 2 TSPN Semolina
- 2 TBSPN Mixed Dry fruits (Dry Roasted Crushed.)
- 3 - 4 TBSPN Powdered Sugar
- 4 -5 stands Saffron
- 1/2 Tspn Elaichi powder
- For garnish Pistachio
- 100 Gram Khoya
- For Garnish Edible Silver Warq
- Sugar1 Cup
- Water1 Cup
👨🍳 Method — step by step
Take a bowl add maida,ghee rub with light hands now add lukewarm water make a simple dough. Redt it for 1/2 hr. Cover it with weg muslin cloth.
For stuffing

Take a kadayi add suji,dessicated coconut roast it for 5 min. Take it out in a bowl. Now jn the same kadayi dry roast the nuts one by one and transfer it in the bowl. Now in the same kadayi add khoya bhuno it in sim gas fir 3-4 min. Or till golden brown. Mix all the ing. Well..
For chashni

mix all the ing. Simmer it for 20 min. Till 2 taar chashni.
Now take a dougb make simple puri take gujia mould add it add stuffing cover it.. seal all the sides fry it in simmer gas till golden brown. Cool all the gujiyas then transfer it in hot chashni set it for 10 min. Put it on ghe griller rack so that extra chashni gets seperate. Garnish with pista and silver warq..
