Deep Fried tiny Cottage Cheese bitings marinated in the choice of Spices (Seasonings).

🧺 Ingredients

  • 100 Grams Paneer (Diced in equal sized Cubes)
  • 2 TBSPN Corn Flour (To make slurry)
  • 3 -4 TBSPN Bread crumbs (To Coat the Paneer Cubes)
  • To Taste Salt
  • 2 Tspn Red Chilly Flakes
  • 2 Tspn Oregano
  • 1 Tspn Black Pepper (Freshly Crushed)
  • 1 Tspn Ginger Paste
  • 3 Tspn Garlic Paste
  • To Deep Fry Oil

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

Take paneer cubes in a mixing bowl.

Season it with all spices and ginger garlic paste and mix it well till all the cubes are coated evenly.

Keep it aside for a while.

Make slurry of Corn Flour.

Add pinch of salt and freshly crushed black pepper. Mix properly.

In an another bowl, take fresh bread crumbs.

Dip a paneer cube in the corn flour slurry and then into bread crumbs and repeat this for two times to have double coating.

Repeat this for all paneer cubes.

Heat Oil in a pan.

Deep fry all the coated paneer cubes on the medium flame till golden brown.

Paneer POPs are ready to be served.
