Matar Poori is usually made with All purpose flour, we twisted it wheat flour, rawa and the core ingredient is paneer with matar.

🧺 Ingredients

  • Green Peas (Crushed)1 Cup
  • Paneer (Grated)1/2 cup
  • Wheat Flour2 Cup
  • 3 Tbspn Chiroti Rava
  • 1 Tbspn Green Chilly Paste
  • 1 Tspn Ginger Paste
  • 1 Tbspn Garlic Paste
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 tspn Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1 tspn Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 Tspn Black Pepper (Crushed)
  • As required Water
  • To Fry Oil

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

In mixing bowl, take wheat flour add rava and 3 Tbspn oil. Mix well.

Now add paneer and all the spicies And other ingredients. knead the dough with the help of water.

Keep aside dough for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan. Now roll small poories but not so thin.

Fry them.

Matar Poories are ready to serve.. Enjoy!!!
