Matar and paneer samosa are little bit spicy, tangy in taste. Sweetness of matar (green peas), richness of paneer makes it melt in mouth.

🧺 Ingredients

  • Green Peas (Crushed)2 Cup
  • Potatoes (Small and grated)2 No
  • 1 Tspn Green Chilly Paste
  • 1 Tspn Garlic Paste
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 tspn Turmeric Powder
  • 1 Tbspn Garam Masala
  • 1 -2 Tbspn Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbspn Sugar
  • 15-20 Nos Raisins
  • CASHEW NUT15 Nos.
  • To Fry Oil
  • 200 Gms All Purpose Flour (or wheat flour)
  • as required Water (knead the dough)

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

In a chilly cutter , crush green peas. now in a pot add crushed green peas and grated potatoes.

Put this bowl in a cooker without adding water to this mixture and close the lid with whistle.

After 3 whistle turn of the gas.

Now in a mixing bowl, take all purpose flour, salt and 2 Tbspn oil.

Knead the dough for samosa layer.

in a pan, heat oil.Heat oil, add green chilly paste and garlic paste. Add boiled mixture of peas and poatatos.
Stir it for a few minutes.

Add salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, lemon juice and sugar.
Stir well for few minutes.
lastly add Raisins and cashew.

Stuffing is ready.

Make a round roti from dough, make a cut in the roti and take one part.
Add stuffing to it.
Fold it like a samosa.
Do this step with all the stuffing and dough.

Heat oil in a pan, now add stuffed samosa in to oil, and fry on a slow flame.

Samosa is ready to serve.
