Pithori is made from besan, methi leaves and butter milk. It made with so less ingredients and within half an hour.

🧺 Ingredients

  • Gram flour1 Cup
  • Curd1 Cup
  • Water1 Cup
  • Methi Leaves (Chopped)1 Cup
  • 2 Tbspn Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
  • 1 Inch Ginger (Grated)
  • Green Chillies (Chopped)2 Nos.
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 tspn Turmeric Powder
  • 2 TBSPN Oil
  • 1 Tspn Mustard Seeds
  • 7-8 Nos Curry Leaves

👨‍🍳 Method — step by step

In a mixing bowl, mix gram flour, butter milk and water. make a smooth batter.

In that mixture add salt, turmeric powder, ginger, chilies and mix well.

In a pan pour the mixture and stir continuously on a law flame. stir till mixture start to leave the pan.

Now Greece one dish spread the mixture on it evenly. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
Pithori is almost ready.

In another pan heat oil, add mustered seeds. let them crackle.
Add curry leaves and turn off the gas. Pour the oil on Pithori.

Cut in to your desired shape.. i cut with circle cookie cutter. Usually it is served like pizza shape.
