Indian Chatakazzz (Bhel)
Road Side "BHEL" or "BHEL PURI" at home...
🧺 Ingredients
- 100 Grams Murmura (Vagharela Mamara (Puffed Rice))
- 50 - 100 Grams Sev (Thinnest SEV available)
- Medium Red Onion (Finely Chopped)1 Nos
- Medium Tomatoes (Finely Chopped)1 Nos
- BOILED Potatoes (boiled and finely chopped.)1 Nos
- Green chilly (Finely Chopped)1 Small
- 6 TBspn Dates chutney (We used Dates & Tamarind Chutney)
- 4 TBSPN Green Chutney (Coriander Garlic Chutney)
- 3 TBSPN Garlic Chutney (Garlic and Red Chilly Paste)
- 1 Tspn Chat masala
- To Taste Salt
- Dry Puri (We used readily available crispy puris (can be prepared at home too))6 NOs
👨🍳 Method — step by step

Take a big bowl.
In puffed rice, mix sev, crushed dry chat puri, onion, tomato, boiled potato (smashed/chopped) and mix well.

Add all chutneys into it and mix well.

Sprinkle some chat masala, salt to it and again mix well.

Take this mixture in a serving bowl.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and sev.
And the healthy snack is ready to serve.
