🧺 Ingredients
- Idli Batter (We used (Idli/Dosa) ready made Batter)2 Cup
- Red Onion (Finely Chopped)1/2 Cup
- Carrot (Finely Chopped)1/2 Cup
- 4 TBSPN Semolina
- 7-8 Nos Curry Leaves (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Tspn Cumin Seeds (Freshly Crushed)
- 1 inch Ginger (Finely Chopped)
- 1 TBSPN Green Chillies (Finely Chopped)
- Coriander Leaves (Finely Chopped)1/4 Cup
- as per Taste Salt
- For Deep frying Oil
- 4 Tbspn Rice Flour
👨🍳 Method — step by step

In a mixing bowl, Take Idli/Dosa Batter. Let it come down to room temperature if you have refrigerated it. Add Rice Flour to it and mix gently.
Add Semolina and keep it aside for a while. Let it soak some moisture and rise for some time.

Add All veggies to it and mix it well.
Season it with Salt.
Don't ADD WATER at all to it.

In a fryer or a pan heat oil for deep frying.
Fry Fritters (Bhajjis) from the batter. Fry them till golden brown on a medium flame.

PUNUGULU is ready to be served hot.
