Pasta Fusilli Alfredo

🧺 Ingredients
- Pasta Fusilli200 Grams
- Capsicum (Diced)1 Nos.
- Onion (Diced)1 Nos.
- Garlic10 Nos.
- Zuccini (Diced)1 Cup
- Milk500 ml
- Fresh Cream4 TBSPN
- Processed Cheese4 Cubes
- Mozzeralla cheese1 Cup
- All purpose flour1 Tspn
- Black Olives (Round Slices)1 Cup
- Sun Dried Tomatoes5 TBSPN
- Butter3 TBSPN
- Oragano2 TBSPN
- Chilly Flakes2 TBSPN
- Black Pepper (Freshly Crushed)1 TBSPN
👨🍳 Method — step by step
Par boil Pasta and rinse all water. Keep it aside open (without covering).
In a Pan heat Butter, add all chopped Veggies and sauté them on high flame for 5 minutes. Sprinkle Salt, seasoning and black pepper and mix well.
Take it out of the pan in a bowl and keep it aside.
In a same pan, head butter, add all purpose flour and roast it till it turns slight brown.
Add Milk and keep stirring it continuously. Make sure, no lumps are there.
Add finely chopped Garlic (minced). keep stirring.
Once starts thickening, add salt to taste, both seasoning and black pepper powder. Mix well.
Add grated cheese (Both Processed and mozzarella). Keep mixing and make sure both melts evenly.
No lumps should be there.
Add, Sautéed Veggies and mix well.
Add boiled pasta and mix it gently.
Adjust seasonings as per taste.
Garnish it with olive rings.
Serve it hot !!!
You can use pasta of your choice.
Penne and Elbow will be hollow and this piping hot melted cheese sauce can be filled inside, NEED TO BE CAREFUL while having it hot.
